LIMITED WARRANTY

DRIESCHER Y WITTJOHANN, S.A. warrants to the original purchaser that each new DRIWISA™ Switch is designed and built according to the latest applicable standards. The switch is free from defects of materials and workmanship, and DRIWISA™ agrees to replace or repair under this warranty any defective switch or part within one year from the original date of purchase, indicated on this warranty or on the respective invoice.
This warranty does not apply if the switch has been used under service conditions beyond the specified values and ranges or it has not been operated according to these instructions, or has been subject to abuse, misuse or has been repaired or modified by unauthorized personnel.
If this limited warranty becomes applicable within the stated period herein, DRIWISA™ should be contacted and upon their written request, the switch should be returned to the factory, complete with prepaid freight and proof of purchase for repair or replacement, after the fault has been analyzed (whichever to be decided by DRIESCHER Y WITTJOHANN, S.A.). Expenses for freight will be reimbursed to the original purchaser by DRIWISA™.

NO CLAIMS FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR OTHER DAMAGES WILL BE ALLOWED AND THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED EXCEPT THOSE EXPRESSLY STIPULATED HEREIN. DRIESCHER Y WITTJOHANN, S.A. ASSUMES NO LIABILITIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED DUE TO HAZARDS AND/OR INJURIES CAUSED BY IMPROPER SWITCH SELECTION, HANDLING, STORAGE, OPERATION OR MAINTENANCE OF THE SWITCH. THIS ALSO APPLIES TO THE USE OF ACCESSORIES AND/OR ATTACHMENTS NOT SPECIFICALLY RECOMMENDED BY DRIESCHER Y WITTJOHANN, S.A. FOR THIS PRODUCT.

Additionally this limited warranty does not cover parts subject to wear and tear and those requiring maintenance, service or replacement under normal and reasonable use in accordance to the operational life of the product, during the warranty period. The policy of DRIESCHER Y WITTJOHANN, S.A. is to continuously improve its products, therefore DRIESCHER Y WITTJOHANN, S.A. reserves the right to change, modify or discontinue models, designs, specifications and accessories of all products at any time without notice or obligation to any purchaser.
This warranty does not cover assembly, installation and adjustments explained in this instruction manual.
